Sonia Ben Hajji

Sonia Ben Hajji is a seasoned expert in civil society and NGO management, currently serving as a Regional Expert for the NGO Initiative AACSOD Program at the American University of Beirut since February 2025 and as a National Expert for the SWAFY Program since July 2024. With a strategic focus on strengthening local organizations, Sonia oversees the capacity-building efforts across 12 associations and supervises project leaders within 41 civil society organizations as part of the Fe3il program. Previous roles include consultant positions and leadership at CEED Tunisia, where responsibilities ranged from human resource management to project implementation and financial reporting. Sonia holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Project Management and a Bachelor's in Finance, contributing to a robust educational background that supports professional expertise in the sector.
