Donna Carney

Donna Carney has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Principal Paralegal at American Water since November 2007, with prior roles as Senior Paralegal and Paralegal. From 1997 to 2007, Donna worked for the State of New Jersey's Division of Rate Counsel as Office Manager and Paralegal. Earlier experience includes serving as a Paralegal at Wilson Elser from 1993 to 1997, focusing on medical malpractice and liability insurance defense matters, and at Connell Foley LLP from 1991 to 1993, providing support for environmental insurance defense litigation related to Superfund sites. Donna holds a BA in English and Legal Assistant from King's College, having completed studies there from 1989 to 1991, and attended Brookdale Community College from 1987 to 1989.
