Jeff Howell has extensive experience in operations and customer relations, working in various leadership roles for companies such as American Water, Southern Company, and SouthStar Energy Services LLC. Jeff currently oversees meter-to-cash operations for call center, billing, and back office teams. Prior to their current roles, Jeff held positions at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Le Moyne College.
