Richard Miller

Richard Miller, PE, has over a decade of experience in engineering management and project delivery, currently serving as Engineering Manager at American Water since June 2011, after progressing through roles such as Senior Planning Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Richard also contributes as a member of the Advisory Plan Commission for the Town of Brownsburg since January 2019. Prior experience includes a Project Engineer position at Woolpert and multiple internships during a Cooperative Education Program at American Structurepoint, Inc. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Purdue University's Daniels School of Business.
