Rosemary Panzano

Rosemary Panzano is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since September 2004, Panzano has served as HR Manager at American Water. Prior to that, from May 1990 to October 2003, Panzano worked as an HR Consultant for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, providing high-level HR consulting at the Mt. Laurel Regional Headquarters. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Director at Mortgage Services of America from June 1986 to May 1990, where Panzano managed the HR function. Educationally, Panzano holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
