Randal (Randy) Schuster is an experienced sales and business development professional with a proven track record in diverse industries. Currently serving as Cincinnati Area Sales at American Welding & Gas since November 2018, Randal plays a vital role in promoting specialty gases known for their precision, availability, and affordability. Prior to this position, Randal was the Director of North American Sales at Wickert Hydraulic Presses, focusing on superior engineering and stringent tolerance controls. Randal also held leadership roles at Flow Aerospace Systems, LAP Laser, and Parkway Products, contributing significantly to sales and customer service in each organization. Randal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University and attended the University of Cincinnati.
