Satya T.

Satya T. currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at Americans for Responsible Innovation since May 2024 and as a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for American Innovation since January 2023. In addition, Satya leads the Music Department as Section Leader and Featured Soloist for the Washington Commanders since June 2022. Previously, Satya worked as a Policy Advisor at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP from March 2023 to May 2024, and as Vice President of Policy & Advocacy at EQRx in 2021. Satya's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Counselor at The White House from August 2019 to January 2021, Chief Economist/Policy Advisor for the United States Senate from January 2015 to August 2019, and Director of Financial Services Policy at American Action Forum from September 2011 to January 2015. Academic contributions include a stint as Research Faculty at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School in 2012 and consulting at American Continental Group in early 2012. Satya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (cum laude) from Arizona State University and attended Emory University for a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
