Jose Luiz Godoy

Jose Luiz Godoy has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and procurement. Jose Luiz currently serves as the Director of Procurement at Americares, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operations at GREYSTON from 2021 to 2022, where they played a key role in transforming the supply chain, implementing ESG practices, and optimizing productivity. Jose Luiz also served as the Head of Supply Chain & Operations and Managing Director at Multiplas International, Inc. from 2006 to 2021, where they led global business development and operations. Additionally, Jose worked at Sansuy of America, Inc. from 1991 to 2003, where they held the position of General Manager & Vice President and was responsible for establishing and growing the subsidiary's presence in the US market. Jose Luiz'sexpertise spans various industries and markets, including the US, Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America.

Jose Luiz Godoy has completed coursework in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Jose Luiz also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, with a focus in Foreign Trade & International Finance. Additionally, they have pursued further certifications, including Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) from the Institute for Supply Management, and is currently working towards obtaining their Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS.
