Joshua Conway

Joshua Conway has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Joshua began their career in 2001 as a Member of Technical Staff at Boeing Satellite Systems, where they worked until 2002. From 2003 to 2009, they served as a Member of Technical Staff at The Aerospace Corporation. In 2009, they joined Kinsey Technical Services as a Senior Principal Engineer until 2012. Following this, they joined DARPA, where they held the position of Program Manager (MTO/TTO). During their time at DARPA, they managed and transitioned various programs, including the Modular Optical Aperture Building Blocks (MOABB) program and the Hyperwideband-Enabled RF Messaging (HERMES) program. In 2016, Joshua co-founded Blue Sky Innovators, Inc and served as the Chief Technology Officer until 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Director at America's Frontier Fund and is set to become the Senior Vice President of Science and Technology in January 2023.
