Terrence Smyre

Terrence Smyre, MSIOP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Americhem Inc., Terrence previously worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Bassett Healthcare Network and a Professional and Industrial Recruiter at Kelly, where innovative recruiting strategies were implemented to enhance client success. As a Group Leader at MacLellan Integrated Services, Inc., Terrence managed daily operations for a team of over 20 employees, focusing on recruitment and training processes. Prior experience includes customer service and accounting roles at Kewaunee Scientific Corp., and serving as a Human Resources Generalist in the US Navy, overseeing various HR functions. Terrence holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Psychology with a consulting track at The Chicago School.
