Frances King

Frances King is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Development at Americo Financial Life and Annuity since December 2016, Frances oversees HR strategies for one of the largest independent insurance companies in the U.S. Previously, Frances held the position of Vice President of Human Resources/Talent Management at Optiv Security, where responsibilities included enhancing the HR organization and creating a business partnership model. Other key positions include Director of Human Resources at NIC Inc, where Frances contributed to eGovernment solutions, Director of Human Resources at QC Holdings, which involved establishing the first formal HR organization, and Director of Human Resources/Risk Management at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. Frances holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Business Management from Rockhurst University, along with SPHR and ITIL certifications.
