Arthur Rhodes

Arthur Rhodes is an experienced human resources leader with a substantial background in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mohawk Industries since August 2018, Rhodes oversees HR operations for the Residential business unit consisting of 6,500 employees across the United States. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Mohawk, Global HR Manager at Rubicon Oilfield International, and Human Resources Director at Oshkosh Corporation. Rhodes possesses a strong foundation in HR functions, talent management, safety, and employee relations, supplemented by an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BS in Human Resources and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
