Courtney Flickinger

Courtney Flickinger has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Courtney began their career as a Sales Associate at Gap, where they worked for over four years throughout high school and college. In 2016, they became a Public Relations and Social Media Intern at Campus Casual, where they lead PR and Social Media for an up-and-coming collegiate apparel company. In 2017, they were a Content Writer for Odyssey, where they published weekly articles for a public media on a variety of topics, and a Content Writer Internship for CollegeFashionista, where they practiced useful skills for their field of study. That same year, they were also a Photography Intern/College Ambassador at Virginia Tech - College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences, where they built a strong rapport with critical members of the Virginia Tech community. In 2019, they were a Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they managed social media platforms and built engagement with app users. In 2020, they became a Marketing Specialist at Abicor Binzel, where they developed, planned, and wrote social media content including blogs, Facebook/LinkedIn posts, and marketing emails. Currently, they are a Content Strategist at Americord Registry.

Courtney Flickinger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a field of study in Multimedia Journalism from Virginia Tech in 2019.
