Stedmond D. Ware

Stedmond D. Ware, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Stedmond D. worked as a Senior Advisor for Equity at AmeriCorps starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Portfolio Manager lll and a Program Officer at the Corporation for National and Community Service from September 2019 and January 2017 respectively.

In 2014, Stedmond founded S. Danzel, where they focused on empowerment, artistic growth, and creative expression.

From 2013 to 2016, Stedmond worked at Delta State University as a Project Coordinator for the AmeriCorps VISTA Program, where they offered managerial oversight and guidance to service sites in low-income communities.

Additionally, they interned at Modern Woodmen of America in 2013 and served as a Volunteer Coordinator at AmeriCorps VISTA from July 2012 to August 2013, connecting volunteers to initiatives in poverty-stricken communities.

Stedmond began their career at Mississippi State University, where they held various roles, including Research Assistant, Peer Counselor, Information Assistant, and Columnist/Writer.

Stedmond D. Ware, M.S. earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Community Development from Delta State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012.
