Nikita Khara

Nikita Khara has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Nikita is currently working at Amerigo Education as a Talent / HR Manager, where they are responsible for managing HR-related activities. Prior to that, they served as the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council at Amerigo Education. Before joining Amerigo Education, Nikita worked at Fog Software Group as an HR Specialist, focusing on recruiting and development. Nikita also gained experience as an HR Specialist at Shoplogix, where they worked on performance management software solutions. In addition, Nikita has worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Primary Care Joliet and as a Human Resources Assistant at Iowa Ortho. Nikita also interned at Iowa Ortho and Orchard Place, gaining valuable experience in various HR tasks. Nikita started their career as a Resident Assistant at Drake University and also worked as a Political Organizer at NARAL Pro-Choice America.

Nikita Khara's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Drake University. Prior to that, Nikita attended Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, IL. Additionally, outside of formal education, Nikita has obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) from HRCI in December 2020.
