Matthew Kushinka

Matthew Kushinka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio management, corporate strategy, language services, and education. Currently serving as Enterprise Portfolio Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas since March 2018, Matthew focuses on optimizing the organization's strategic capability investments while providing financial analysis to assess project viability. Prior roles at AmeriHealth include Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy and Senior Writer in Proposal Development. Previously, Matthew founded RedLine Language Services LLC, offering writing and translation services, and worked as a Freelance Language Consultant, contributing to various publishing projects. Additional experience includes a language testing specialist role for the FBI and teaching French in high school. Matthew holds a B.A. in French Language from Penn State University and has pursued graduate studies in Translation and Interpretation at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
