Tanya Foncette

Tanya Foncette has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and credit management field. Tanya has served as a Corporate Credit Manager at Amerijet International since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Credit Manager at SM Jaleel & Company Ltd for five years, where they led and motivated a team of 14 and was responsible for authorizing collection targets, reporting to management, maintaining customer relationships, and managing credit notes. Before that, they were an Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Trinidad Seafoods Limited, where they supervised collectors and conducted daily analysis of the accounts receivable sub-ledger. Tanya also worked as an Assistant Credit Controller at Readymix WI Ltd and as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and Accounts Payable Clerk at Readymix West Indies Limited. In addition, Tanya Foncette gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Agent at Water and Sewerage Authority. Tanya Foncette completed their high school education at El Dorado Secondary Comprehensive School from 1996 to 2001. Tanya then pursued their A Levels Certification in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of The West Indies 6th Form School from 2001 to 2003. Tanya went on to obtain a Bsc.Management degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of London, which they completed from 2003 to 2007.

In 2016, Tanya attended CTS College where they received a certification in Event Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Supervisory Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, although the specific duration of this program is not provided.
