Victoria Tuffy

CHRO at Amerijet International

Victoria Tuffy joined Amerijet as Chief Human Resources officer in July 2022. She will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Before joining Amerijet, Victoria served as Vice President of Human Resources and held the board-appointed position of Corporate Secretary at Piper Aircraft. She has an extensive background in human resources having also served in Senior Human Resource positions with the Royal Caribbean Group, the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and ConAgra Foods.

Tuffy previously served on the advisory board for the Disruptive Leadership program at Stetson University and has been a member of the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way for more than 10 years. She was a founding member of the Network of Women employee resource group at Royal Caribbean where she was elected as the chair of professional development.

Victoria earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from the University of Scranton.
