Tom Louloudes

Tom Louloudes is a seasoned professional in multifamily credit underwriting and asset management, currently serving as the Multifamily Credit Underwriting Manager at AmeriNat since January 2019. With extensive experience at PNC Bank from May 2008 to December 2018, Tom held roles as a Special Asset Manager II, overseeing the management of troubled affordable housing equity and credit assets, and as a Senior Underwriter, analyzing multifamily transactions to determine optimal financial structures.
