Jason Stout

Jason Stout has extensive work experience in human resources and management. Jason is currently the Director of Human Resources Operations at Amerit Fleet Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, where they oversaw all aspects of HR and successfully implemented COVID-19 safety measures. Before that, they held various managerial roles at UCSF, where they led process improvement efforts and developed strategic partnerships. Jason also has experience in nonprofit management as an Account Director at Taproot Foundation. Jason began their career in HR at UCSF and has also worked in technical recruiting and sales. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services.

Jason Stout completed their education with a MBA in Organizational Leadership from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business, from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor Industrial Relations from Penn State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Furthermore, they hold a certification in SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
