Crystal Meyer

Crystal Meyer has extensive experience in human resources, specifically focused on employee benefits and wellness programs. Currently serving as 2nd VP HR Total Rewards at Ameritas since September 2016, Crystal has managed 401k, deferred compensation, and pension plans for employees. Previous roles include positions at the State of Nebraska, where research and management of employee wellness and benefits were prioritized, and at Nelnet, where the integration of benefits and wellness programs was a key objective. Crystal's career also includes roles in accounting and benefits administration at Norris Public Power District and Martin Luther Home Society. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Peru State College and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Southeast Community College.
