Jonathan Seither

Jonathan Seither is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Licensed Realtor at Amerivest Realty since July 2021, Jonathan also co-owns and presides over JBD Coastal Development Inc. since June 2011, focusing on planning, design, and project management. Additionally, Jonathan has been a co-owner and Real Estate Appraiser at Seither and Associates Appraisal Group Inc. since October 2009, where responsibilities include organizing and directing operations, employee management, accounting, and acquiring new clients. Jonathan holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of West Florida and an Associate's degree in Chemistry from Pensacola Junior College, complemented by a high school diploma from Gulf Breeze High School.
