Michael Samour

Michael Samour has a diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career in 2009 as an Engineering Intern at Renault Group, where they attended project meetings and detected mechanical construction failures. In 2010, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Sumed-Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company, focusing on piping systems installation and testing. Michael then joined Superior Industries as a Process Engineer Intern, assisting with audits and data analysis. Michael later became a Machining Department Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for coordinating improvement processes and managing employee performance. In 2016, they joined Rea Magnet Wire as a Process Engineer, later transitioning to roles as an Operational Excellence Manager and Engineering Development Manager, where they oversaw production and led risk mitigation activities. Most recently, they are the Director of Operations at AmeriWater.

Michael Samour attended the IGCSE Arab Academy of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2007, where they studied in the High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates program. Michael then went on to the University of Arkansas from 2011 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
