Florian Spierings

Florian Spierings, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Manager for MENA at Ameropa since September 2021. Florian has extensive experience in the grains and oilseeds sector, having held significant roles at COFCO International from July 2014 to August 2021, including Head of Middle East & North Africa and Marketing Manager for North Africa & the Mediterranean. Prior to that, Florian worked at Noble Group, progressing from Junior Trader to Protein Meal Trader, and contributed by defining global trading strategies and managing market risks. Earlier experience includes internships at Arrow Asia Shipbrokers Ltd. and Bunge SA, as well as a coordination role at Calcutta Rescue. Florian holds an MBA from Esade and a B.A. in Management from Université de Fribourg.
