The Management and Coordination team at Ames Laboratory oversees the organization and strategic direction of research initiatives within the Division of Chemical and Biological Sciences. This team ensures effective planning, budgeting, procurement, and performance management. They facilitate partnerships, manage business operations, handle communications, oversee construction projects, and support educational and outreach programs. The team brings together expertise in finance, engineering, procurement, contract management, and talent development to ensure smooth and efficient project execution in line with funding requirements from entities such as the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Basic Energy Sciences.
