Jordi Crespo Fernández

Jordi Crespo Fernández has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as an HR Technician at AMES since December 2015, focusing on the implementation of HR policies related to selection and evaluation within a Catalan company specializing in sintered metallic components for the automotive sector. Prior to this role, Jordi held the position of Responsable de selección at Grupo Sagardi from February 2010 to December 2015, and worked as Técnico de selección and Técnico de formación at The Eat Out Group between March 2004 and January 2010. Jordi holds a Posgrado in Gestión y Dirección de RRHH from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2010-2011) and a Licenciatura in Pedagogía from Universitat de Barcelona (1999-2004).
