Tappy Dhaliwal

Tappy Dhaliwal is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and recruitment. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Ames Tile & Stone since June 2023, Tappy previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Damon Motorcycles from September 2021 to March 2023, and was the People & Culture Manager at Property Vista from September 2020 to August 2021. With a foundation as a People and Culture Generalist at Creation Technologies from February 2016 to July 2020, Tappy supported recruitment efforts and employee relations for a workforce of 500. Tappy’s early career included administrative support in recruitment while working as an Administration Coordinator at Adecco. Tappy holds both a Business Management Diploma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
