Kate Leppert

Kate Leppert has a robust work history in human resources, starting as a District Manager at Masterson Staffing Solutions in 2010. Kate then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at Daikin Applied in 2017 and later transitioned to the role of Area Employee Relations Manager at Crown Cork & Seal in 2018. Currently, Kate serves as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at AmesburyTruth and will be stepping into the role of HR Director in August 2023. Kate Leppert's experience demonstrates a strong background in leadership and employee relations.

Kate Leppert obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Concordia University. Kate holds additional certifications including Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture (KFLA), DDI-Certified Facilitator, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Strategic HR Business Partner.
