Jackie Craddock

Jackie Craddock currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Care at AMETEK Programmable Power since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jackie held the position of Customer Support Operations Manager at Keysight Technologies from August 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing customer support operations for the network emulation product line in the Americas and leading a team of Customer Success Engineers. Jackie's career began at Anite Telecoms, where roles included Customer Support Director, Americas Customer Support Manager, and Helpdesk Manager, with a focus on building and managing effective customer support teams across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Early experience was gained as Sales Support Team Leader at Solinet. Jackie holds a BA (Hons) in International Business with German from the University of Plymouth.
