Jim Cooney

Jim Cooney has extensive experience in business development and sales management, currently serving as Director of Business Development and previously as Senior Regional Sales Manager at AMETEK Programmable Power since February 2010. Cooney also held the position of Interim New Product Marketing Manager, overseeing the development and launch of a new AC/DC product platform. Prior to AMETEK, Cooney worked at Keithley Instruments from 1994 to January 2010, where roles included Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Manager, managing key accounts and a large sales team across the eastern U.S. and Canada. Cooney holds an MBA in Global Management and a BS/BIS in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, along with education from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
