Ben Wileman

Ben Wileman is an experienced leader in commercial intelligence and process optimization, currently serving as Division Vice President at AMETEK since April 2021. In this role, Ben enables the execution of AMETEK’s Commercial Excellence strategy and drives continuous improvement across the commercial organization. Ben has a strong background in global sales and marketing, having previously held positions such as Division Vice President and Business Manager at AMETEK Surface Vision and Divisional Vice President at AMETEK Land. With a comprehensive understanding of customer experience and digital transformation in commercial activities, Ben has consistently demonstrated expertise in enhancing market presence and operational efficiencies across multiple industries. Ben holds a BEng(Hons) in Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
