Stephane Jouvelot

Stephane Jouvelot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead Ambassador at American Express Global Business Travel since November 2015, Stephane has successfully established a French DE&I team, developed action plans for 2022, and defined initiatives for 2023 and 2024, achieving a high employee survey response rate of 91%.
