Michelle Wiggins

Michelle Wiggins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social value and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Social Value at Amey since October 2022, Michelle previously held roles such as Senior Social Value Manager for the British Army and Community Manager for Bell Group UK. Michelle's career began in the Royal Navy as an Aircraft Engineer (2001 - 2008), followed by a role as Customer Support Engineer at Ultra Electronics - CONTROLS, specializing in military aircraft systems. In addition to managing HomeMaid-Hampshire as Managing Director from 2012 to 2018, Michelle has a robust academic background, including an MBA from The Open University and a Foundation and Practitioner certification in Project Management (Prince 2).
