Mike Little

Mike Little is an experienced professional in social value and community engagement, currently serving as the Head of Social Value at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure since November 2015, following a role as Social Value Manager. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Senior Community Engagement Officer at BOUYGUES UK from May 2008 to October 2015, where notable achievements include being recognized as the CITB Wales Construction Ambassador of the Year in 2014. Earlier in the career, Mike worked as a Home Incident Manager at RBS Insurance from November 2004 to March 2008, where efforts led to transforming an underachieving team into a high-performing unit and facilitating the development of team members into leadership roles.
