Denise Tan Li Xuan

Denise Tan Li Xuan is an accomplished executive in the biotechnology sector with extensive experience in manufacturing and process development. Currently serving as Executive Director and Plant Manager for Biologics at Amgen since August 2016, Denise has held various leadership roles including Director of Manufacturing and Senior Manager of Process Development. Prior experience includes positions at Lonza, where Denise worked from October 2013 to August 2016, and contributed as Associate Manager of Upstream Manufacturing and Program Manager. Denise's career began at GE Healthcare as a BioProcess Engineer, supporting technical aspects in upstream processing, and at Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd, where achievements included leading technology transfer projects and production facility startups. Denise also has a foundation in research from a role as a Research Assistant at Singapore General Hospital. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
