Edgardo L. Janer

Edgardo L. Janer is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Sr. Manager - Supply Chain at Amgen since July 2005. In this role, Edgardo leads the implementation of new finished product launches and lifecycle activities across the LATAM region, acting as a key interface for various operational teams. Previously, Edgardo held the position of Sr. Scientist, where responsibilities included securing over $10M in capital funds and managing a team of twenty-five engineers and scientists supporting drug product packaging plants and new product introductions. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Schering-Plough Products, where Edgardo coordinated third-party projects related to product development and regulatory documentation. Edgardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
