Gloria Alicea

Gloria Alicea has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Executive Director Plant Manager at Amgen since February 2002, where leadership encompasses the operations of the AML-1 Packaging Facility and AML-23 Solid Oral Dosage Facility. Gloria has held multiple positions at Amgen, including Sr Director Manufacturing and Director of Manufacturing, overseeing large teams and numerous packaging lines for products distributed across North America and Asia. Prior experience includes roles at MOVA Pharmaceutical Corporation, contributing to technology transfer, compliance assurance, and validation processes. Gloria holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
