Liz Pfau

Liz Pfau, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Marketing Director for Nephrology at Amgen since October 2023. Previously, Liz held the position of Senior Director of Nephrology Marketing at Horizon, where key accomplishments included driving the strategy to enhance the significance of severe gout among nephrologists and leading marketing programs for KRYSTEXXA. Liz also contributed to the international launch of UPLIZNA at Horizon as the Senior Director of International Marketing. Earlier experiences include serving as the Oncology Marketing Director for Astellas Pharma, where the commercialization strategy for XOSPATA was successfully developed, and various marketing roles at AbbVie, where Liz was instrumental in launching HUMIRA for multiple indications. Liz began a career in marketing at Abbott Laboratories and Harley-Davidson, after earning an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
