Lucia Leonord

Lucia Leonord is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as Associate Director of Training & Development at Amgen since December 2017. Lucia leads a team of Instructional Design Leads and Designers, focusing on crafting innovative training solutions across various functions while aligning with Amgen's learning strategy. Previous roles at Amgen include Instructional Design Lead and Senior Instructional Designer, where significant contributions included developing over 61 deliverables that generated over $1 million in market value in 2018 and enhancing training for over 1,000 sales representatives.
