Molly Rabenold

Molly Rabenold is a seasoned professional in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development at Amgen since April 2016. Previously, Rabenold held the role of Senior Manager of Leadership and Organizational Development at DIRECTV from February 2013 to April 2016 and spent eight years at Electronic Arts as a Leadership Development Manager, focusing on designing leadership programs and executive coaching.
