GSC comprises of Operations Data Analytics, Corporate Planning, Operations Strategic Planning and Risk, Supply Chain Excellence, Four Regions (US, Intercontinental, JAPAC and Europe). Our focus remains "Every Patient Every Time". Inventory reduction ~$750M; Improved Lead time 22%; Launched more products in more countries, while ensuring YOY productivity; Creation of Data Fabric and Structured Data Analytics; Installed IBP.
