Jennifer Geroni

Jennifer Geroni has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jennifer is currently the Head of Research at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales since June 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director at Environment Platform Wales from October 2018 to June 2021. Jennifer also worked as the Head of Research Development and Bid Development Manager at PDR International Centre for Design and Research from June 2015 to September 2018 and from October 2015 to May 2018, respectively. Jennifer's previous experience includes roles such as Project Manager at the University of Bristol from January 2015 to October 2015, Project Officer at Cardiff University from April 2013 to December 2014, and Science Projects Analyst at the Office of the Chief Scientific Advisor for Wales, Welsh Government from April 2012 to March 2014. Jennifer also worked as a Research Associate and conducted contract research at Cardiff University from November 2011 to April 2012. Jennifer pursued their PhD studies from October 2008 to September 2011 while working at Cardiff University. Jennifer started their career in education, serving as an Assistant Head of Middle School at North London Collegiate School from January 2005 to August 2007 and as a Science Teacher at Headington School from October 2002 to August 2004.

Jennifer Geroni has a strong educational background in chemistry and sustainable energy and environment. Jennifer completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with Honors at the University of Oxford from 1998 to 2002.

In 2007, Jennifer pursued a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy and Environment at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, which they completed in 2008. Building on their expertise, they then proceeded with a PhD program at the same university from 2008 to 2011, focusing on studying the rates and mechanisms of chemical processes affecting the treatment of ferruginous mine water.

Aside from their academic achievements, Jennifer also holds a certification in APMP from the Association for Project Management, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
