Jessica Thorsheim

Jessica Thorsheim is currently the Head of Real Estate Management for SFR at Amherst Holdings. Jessica has over thirteen years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on real estate and investment banking.

Jessica began their career at Goldman Sachs in 2007, working in equities and investment banking. Jessica later transitioned to Cole Real Estate Investments, where they served as Director of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning. In 2014, Jessica moved to Move, Inc., the parent company of realtor.com, as Director of Investor Relations.

In 2016, Jessica joined Everest Healthcare Properties as Acting CFO and EVP. In this role, they were responsible for finance and business development for the company. Jessica left Everest in 2019 to join Amherst Holdings as Head of Real Estate Management.

Jessica Thorsheim works with Sandeep Bordia - Head of Research and Analytics, Drew Flahive - President, Amherst Residential, and Richard Rodriguez - EVP, Head of Amherst Homes & Head of Real Estate Operations for Mainstreet Renewal. Their manager is Sean Dobson, Chairman & CEO.
