Keara Scallan is a Senior Paralegal at the Capital Area Immigrants' Rights (CAIR) Coalition, where responsibilities include facilitating jail visits and assisting pro-se detained individuals in removal proceedings. Prior experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Sandra Guzman-Salvado and managing events at The Oberlin 'Sco, where Keara developed and coordinated a Title IX training program. Additional roles include Research Assistant at Oberlin College, Leadership Fellow at The Global Language Network, and Coordinator for Oberlin in Solidarity with El Salvador.
