Alison Shaw

Alison Shaw has extensive experience in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Manager of Marketing Operations at Amica Senior Lifestyles. Alison started with Baybridge's first new build and flagship property as a Community Relations Director, where Alison developed strong community connections and a referral base. Prior to their current role, Alison worked as a Director of Marketing at Revera Inc., where Alison developed strategies for promoting luxury retirement residences. Alison holds a degree in The Sociology of Health and Aging from Western University and a degree in SSW - Gerontology from Sheridan College.
