Roxana H.

Roxana H. has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and organizational development. Roxana most recently served as the Head of People and Culture at Amica Senior Lifestyles starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Corporate HR Programs and Change Management at Interac Corp. from 2021 to 2023. Roxana also held positions at Visa, CGI, Xerox, Deloitte Canada, and Maritz Loyalty Marketing (now Bond Brand Loyalty), where they showcased their skills in talent initiatives, organization development, strategic planning, and human capital consulting.

Roxana H. has studied at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, where they obtained an international MBA degree. Roxana also attended the Schulich School of Business - York University as part of an exchange program, where they pursued an iMBA. In addition to their degrees, Roxana has obtained certifications in Change Management from Prosci and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
