Aidan Zmenak

Aidan Zmenak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, sales, and healthcare. As the owner of Alpha Property Group since January 2020, Aidan has focused on real estate investment, particularly in the development and wholesale of vacant land, as well as rent-to-own/private financing. Concurrently, Aidan serves as District Sales Manager and previously held regional management roles at Amico Group of Companies, recognized for innovative solutions in healthcare technology. Aidan's background in nursing includes significant leadership responsibilities at Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care and Saint Elizabeth Health Care, where expertise in complex psychiatric disorders and care planning was developed. Additionally, experience in sales and marketing was gained as Manager at Free & Easy Traveler, leading to substantial sales growth and strategic partnerships in Southern Ontario. Aidan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing from McMaster University.
