Ash Wilsily

Director, Small Molecule Product Steward at Amicus Therapeutics

Ash Wilsily has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, with a focus on process chemistry and small molecule product stewardship. They have held various roles at different companies, including Amicus Therapeutics, where they currently serve as the Director of Small Molecule Product Steward. Prior to this, Ash worked as a Consultant in process chemistry and small molecule development. They also held positions as the Senior Director of CMC at Pardes Biosciences and Director of Process Chemistry at Syros Pharmaceuticals. Ash started their career as a Medicinal Chemist at NPS Pharmaceuticals before transitioning to roles as a Scientist at Amgen, a Postdoctoral Associate at the California Institute of Technology, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at MIT. They obtained their education from the University of Waterloo, where they worked as a Research Assistant and Teacher Assistant.

Ash Wilsily received a high school diploma from St. Henry Catholic School in an unspecified year. They then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Following this, Ash pursued a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Waterloo, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.
