Brian Fox, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian currently serves as the Director of Global Medical Affairs for Pompe Disease at Amicus Therapeutics, a position they have held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Clinical Science Liaison at Amicus Therapeutics. From November 2017 to September 2018, they served as a Medical Science Liaison in Neurology and Inflammation at The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC).

Brian Fox, Ph.D., earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Life Sciences from Penn State Abington in 2000. Brian then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Fordham University, completing their studies in 2007.
