Jennifer Panagos

Jennifer Panagos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Amicus Therapeutics since January 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Firmenich, including Director, Global Talent from July 2020 to January 2021, and Human Resources Director from April 2017 to July 2020. Jennifer also worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Human Resources Lead, Global Clinical Operations from April 2011 to March 2017, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2005 to March 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Joule Scientific from November 2002 to March 2005. Jennifer began their career as a Recruiter at Momentum Resource Solutions from 2001 to 2002, and as an IT Recruiter (Intern) at Management Recruiters of New Brunswick from 2000 to 2001.

Jennifer Panagos holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Communication and American Studies from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick. Jennifer has also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in 2019.
